Return & Refund Policy

  • Jaipur Rugs & Handicraft Pty. Ltd. is committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and providing remedies for defective or faulty goods.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange if the item is in original condition and packaging.
  • Customized or special order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

3. Procedure for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at 0435827816 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Upon approval, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be provided, which must be included with your return package.

4.Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is returned due to a fault, defect, or incorrect order, Jaipur Rugs & Handicraft Pty. Ltd. will cover return shipping costs.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

5.Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative will be arranged.

6. Exclusions

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are faulty.
  • Natural variations in handmade products, such as minor color variations in rugs, are not considered faults.
